COURAGEOUS KITCHENS + OUTREACH

4 WAYS TO INVEST YOUR RESOURCES:

Here are 4 ways to consider investing your resources:

1. Current Relationships

We recognize that many of you will already have invested relationships, time, and resources on a personal or House Church level with organizations doing great work. Continue to BE the church investing in those communities you love and trust and continue to make an impact in our city.

2. CGNE Benevolence

The CGNE Benevolence Fund is a separate account set aside to provide resources for those in our church and community who look to CGNE for support during hardship or financial crisis. When you give to the CGNE Benevolence Fund, you are providing support for individuals by empowering CGNE to step into their situations with them financially.

3. Belzer Middle School Food Pantry

Belzer Food Pantry seeks to provide confidential food assistance to families in the Lawrence Township school district. To support Belzer Food pantry, check out the Amazon wishlist.

4. Indy Courageous Kitchen supporting Outreach

Indy Courageous Kitchen is a non-profit through Brookside Community Development Corporation started by Josh Stoneking with the help of Charlie Meyer (both members of CGNE). This non-profit seeks (1) to employ hospitality workers while (2) feeding the most vulnerable in our city. Donate in direct support of this need, here!

Q+A WITH ANTHONY DUMAS:

Outreach:

Outreach, Inc., a Partner of CGNE, is one of the nonprofits that benefits from Indy Courageous Kitchen (ICK) in distributing meals to homeless teens and young adults in Indy. Outreach currently has a goal to provide over 150 meals per week to homeless teens and young adults using ICK; an endeavor that will cost roughly $500/week to support.

What can we do?

We can meet and exceed this need!! We can feed the hungry and provide jobs at the same time. CGNE has set a goal to raise and donate at least $500/week to Indy Courageous Kitchen to provide meals for Outreach to distribute.

If you are interested in joining us and donating to ICK to support Outreach, CGNE will be collecting donations through this link in direct support of this effort!
