THE DISCIPLESHIP COURSE

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Our DISCIPLESHIP COURSE is an immersive, 8-week, experience-based study to help your grow your faith and connect to God, His people, your purpose and His Kingdom.

The COURSE Experience provokes questions, conversations, and uses group experiences that are designed to help your group come together as you revolve around the Three Pillars of Community Devotion, and Mission in God’s Kingdom. 

The course is also design to help you learn the culture (the mission/vision/values) of Common Ground Northeast and get on track with devotional disciplines. In this way, it becomes our preferred method for moving into a House Church at CGNE (though it is not required).

No matter where you are in your walk with God, this will challenge you to move to the next step in your faith!

COURSE DETAILS:

• COST: there is a $35 (per person) registration fee that includes the DISCIPLESHIP workbook, directed learning experiences, meals, and it helps to offset additional material costs. 

• COMMITMENT: It is important that you make it to as many of the classes/experiences as possible (the calendars are made in advance for you below). If you know from the beginning that are going to miss three or more, you should consider waiting until the next course is offered.

• The course is comprised of three devotionals each week, 3 workshops/experience-based learning moments, and one facilitated conversation a week.

• Each course starts with an orientation lunch that gives in-depth details and allows you to decide if you want to move forward. The exact day of the week may change seasonally. Your book/materials and group assignment will be given at the Orientation.
